General Terms and Conditions

SHIP ERIKA (IMAGO MUNDI):

True Brothers Production s.r.o. creates cruises to order after previous email communication, through the contact form on the website www.imagomundi.cz, telephone agreement or the cross-platform WhatsApp Messenger application. On this basis, True Brother Production, s.r.o. will discuss the content of the commercial contract after the previous order — reservation and after the mutual signing, the implementation is fully ensured, which implies binding obligations for both parties, in particular:

• Before the event takes place, a commercial contract must be concluded.
• Payment for the event is made in cash with a 50% deposit payment 20 days before the cruise. An advance payment by invoice may also be agreed upon 20 days before the event.
• The cancellation policy contains all variants of withdrawal from the commercial contract, whether by the customer or the company True Brothers Production s.r.o. and for all cases individually.
• Prices are contractual, the price list includes an indicative fare for promenade cruises without ordering food.
• The company True Brothers Production s.r.o. provides both quantity and individual discounts. Discounts to our regular customers, on long-duration cruises and at business events where our company is shown through sponsorships.
• True Brothers Production s.r.o. reserves the right to modify (change) individual cruises for objective reasons (for safety reasons, for reasons of technical failure of the vessel, weather, closure of waterway, etc.)
